To help dedicate my time to genuine inquiries and avoid spam or non-serious submissions, I charge a small, one time, refundable $10 search fee. This ensures that your request receives the care and attention it deserves. If you book a hotel or airfare through Kim’s Italy, it’s refunded.

*Search Fee
To ensure that every travel request receives the care and attention it deserves, I charge a small, refundable $10 search fee. This helps me dedicate my time to genuine inquiries and avoid spam or non-serious submissions. If you book a trip through Kim’s Italy based on the options provided, your $10 will be fully refunded. Thank you for understanding and for valuing the time and expertise that go into crafting your perfect Italian experience.
Refund Eligibility
The search fee will be refunded in full once a booking is made and paid in full through Kim’s Italy. 
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmed payment. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the search fee.
Exclusions
• Bookings made independently or outside of Kim’s Italy are not eligible for a search fee refund.
• If no booking is made, the search fee is retained as compensation for time and research provided.
• Partial bookings or unpaid reservations do not qualify for a search fee refund.
Modifications
Kim’s Italy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated prior to initiating a consultation.
Please Note
A booking fee may apply to certain types of air or hotel bookings that is non-refundable and separate from a search fee.
