Search Fee Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable €10 fee is required to initiate the travel planning process. This fee covers the time and expertise involved in researching and recommending travel options tailored to your preferences.
Refund Eligibility
The search fee will be refunded in full once a booking is made and paid in full through Kim’s Italy. This applies to any travel component, including but not limited to flights, hotels, transfers, or experiences.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of confirmed payment. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the consultation fee.
Exclusions
• Bookings made independently or outside of Kim’s Italy are not eligible for a refund.
• If no booking is made, the consultation fee is retained as compensation for time and research provided.
• Partial bookings or unpaid reservations do not qualify for a refund.
Modifications
Kim’s Italy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

A booking fee may apply to certain types of air or hotel bookings that is non-refundable and separate from a search fee.

Operation/Participant Agreement
Use of this website for information and reservation purposes is an acknowledgement of the following terms set forth by Kim’s Italy and deemed accepted by the purchaser (herein after known as Client).

Responsibility: When using the supplier booking links within this website to make reservations for themselves, the client acknowledges that Kim’s Italy does not sell or process the clients tickets and travel arrangements. The travel reservations constitute the sole contract between the client and the supplier.

When services are provided by Kim’s Italy to make arrangements on behalf of the client, Kim’s Italy acts only as agents for the client in regard to travel whether by motorcar, motor coach, ship, train, airplane as well as lodging, meals, attraction tickets or any other travel component regardless of travel supplier and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss of any kind, accident, delay, irregularity, or acts of any kind by the travel supplier which may be occasioned for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the travel components. Kim’s Italy does not own, manage, and control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or restaurant or any other supplier of services. Kim’s Italy can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes.  All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the client. In the event of forced cancellation, every effort will be made to obtain refunds from the supplier, but this is not guaranteed. Travel reservations constitute the sole contract between the client and the supplier.

Passport/Visas and Aircraft or Cruise Ship Boarding or Hotel Check In: Names are required as they appear on the passenger’s passport or required documentation.  Improper documentation, inadequate proof of identity, inadequate proof of age for children, or any other reason may result in denial of boarding privileges. All persons are responsible to have any necessary visas required.  If Kim’s Italy is to assist with acquiring visas, they cannot be held responsible for any last-minute visa policy changes by a foreign consulate.  If you are denied boarding privileges, you forfeit all monies paid and will be assessed any non-recoverable costs.

Insurance:  Trip cancellation, health and accident insurance, is available and may protect you against unforeseen circumstances which cause you to interrupt or cancel you trip.  Trip insurance is strongly advised as well as upgrading a policy to cover “cancel for any reason” in the event of an occurrence of supplier failure to refund or provide compensation for cancellations.
